The Benefits of Alignment and the New Energies

Everything comes into direct alignment when you let go.

The normal things which you turn your attention to unfold in your awareness; suddenly you find yourself tuning into a future events.  Knowing what will unfold.  Sensing the way to approach things.  You can, in this mode, experiment!  You can try out different things and you will very clearly KNOW what will give you the experience you desire.  It’s a beautiful space to be in—absorb the possibilities here for fine-tuning your manifestations! 

You will soon have these experiences more as part of your regular routine.  The act of getting into alignment energetically, which liberates these experiences, can be done in many ways—by walking, by listening to music, by being out in nature—the things which tip you into that slightly altered state described by some as A1.  It’s a perfect space in which to not only understand your future, but choose which of the many options you’ve been creating, feels most right.  As you approach a manifestation, or the creation or arrival of a time/space point in which you will experience your creation, the ability to slip into this space when you turn your attention to a topic or an upcoming event and create within it, is amplified: for the event is closer to physical form at this moment.

The new energies are increasingly altering your experience of space and time.  This is as it should be.  In our new connection, we will locate you in a fifth dimensional time/space point.  In the fifth dimension there is Unity Consciousness.  This means that you are aware of the unified field and acting from an interconnected perspective, consciously.  For more on this you might revisit our earlier message, “The Imperative of Unity Consciousness”.

What I wish now is to expand on the benefits of these new energies and coming into alignment with them by letting go.

The new energies of the unified consciousness mean that you can create without delay.  In the 3D perspective of the prior energies you predominantly were aligned with, there is a perspective of separation; the distinction between different aspects of the whole was understood as separate.  Now in the emerging unity consciousness, you not only understand interconnectedness, you begin to experience this!  The meaning in terms of your creative focus is immense.  You are beginning to live beyond time and space, in a dimension in which there IS NO SEPARATENESS.  Therefore, you can create without gaps of time.  You can create knowing that the physical and the non-physical are one.  You can create knowing that your creation is immediate and immanent in your experience.  You can trust your soul to unfold the focus of your experience—where you are oriented and therefore your perspective; what you experience-- perfectly.  You can know that all you create exists.  You can choose what you wish to experience on the Earth plane.  You can realize that your experience goes beyond the earth plane--that all you create is experienced by multiple focal points of you, in multiple dimensions—some with form, some without—and that all of this enhances and expands not only your multiple points of experience/perspective, but All-That-Is. 

How beautiful is THAT! {Smile}

So, this coming into alignment, as you can begin to sense, is liberating.

Freedom is a major quality of love and this new, love-filled realm which you approach requires a few adjustments to your ways of being.  In order to fully access the energies which are finer, and available in your sphere, you will need to expand your love and appreciation of self, in order to trust more fully your own experience and your connection to All-That-Is.

There is simply no way to choose your focus, to claim the power of creating your own experience, without a significant trust in yourself.

Ah dear ones, yes.  We are back once again to the familiar world of feelings, emotions, longings, and so much of the duality of the third dimension which you long to eclipse and be liberated from.

Such as it is, here is the formula for doing so: LOVE YOU.

Trust your experience.  Lean hard on your inner guidance.  Listen to your urgings.  Ignore what comes from outside of you.  Listen to what is within.  This is, for some of you, an enormous leap.  It feels very risky and dangerous.  You may easily begin to know this way of being in the moments in which you feel safe: while at home, while on your own, in sphere of experience which feel less risky.  Start where you are comfortable and choose what gives you peace; there is no need to create further stress or feel any need to push yourself.

No, this is a reminder and an invitation to live easier.  Receive it and let it work on you.  Listen and let the proof come into your expeirnece.  Ask for signs and confirmation that this is so and let them come to you.  Pay attention—you will not be disappointed.

Do you notice the continual use of the word LET?

LET THINGS COME TO YOU.  Allow.  Open up to.  Receive.  Notice.  None of this is about action, or doing.

The healing of your heart is not necessary. 

Your heart is perfect already.  There exists that perfect version of your heart.  Is that the one you’re paying attention to?  What is needed is to stop looking at the stuff in life which does not appreciate you and re-orient to everything which feels good and says how wonderful you are.

How beautiful you are.  Look for ways to know your beauty.  Look for ways to be impressed with yourself as you are.  You desire the experience of living as a powerful god, a confident creator and a lightworker, activating your soul signature and living out your inspired visions: then realize that you are beautiful.  Already.  Realize that you are connected.  Already.  Realize that you are moving the world and the energies of the Omniverse moment to moment.  Already.  Does this not remind you of something?  

LET.

ALREADY.

Hmmm…there’s a theme here, isn’t there?  Everything is already how I want it to be if I just let it happen?  Or something like that.

It might be slightly not so helpful to focus on the past, but instead to bring some logic to the picture.  You and all of you, are divine by nature and will always be so.  Isn’t it likely, that as such, you would have an immensely high regard for yourself?  We think so too.

Leading the way in the new world is the way of the lightworker.  This leading will be done by example.  The most vital examples you can give to one another is to embody and embrace a keen and playful appreciation for your own divine nature; a healthy regard for YOU.

See what it’s like to repeat the words and phrases of those who embody the kind of confidence and light-hearted energy which you desire to experience.  Say them to yourself.  Try them on for size.  You will soon outgrow them!  You are expansive and creative beyond your wildest dreams.

It’s time to take the blinders off and look out at the magnificent planet you are creating moment to moment for your own delight and collective experience.  Just for starters…

Knowing all of this…what now?

Let yourself attune to these new energies.  Find your way into balance with embracing the frequencies which bring buoyancy into your being.  We are available and accessible.  The doorways to the higher realms are opening.  Enjoy the journey to YOU.  The destination is out of this world!

It is I, the Archangel Raphael, your play companion, the jester in life, calling you into lightness, showing you the source of all your resources for everything—YOU!  Ha ha.  It’s so much easier than you think.  Just let go.  And trust yourself.  You already know what to do.  Stop trying so hard. 3:3:3 Invitation to Connect - Energy Update

Invitation to connect? 

March is an interesting numerological month.  We have 4, that's right 4 x 3:3:3's in March. The first was on the 3rd, and the others are on the 12th, 21st and 30th plus for some of us on the planet the 21st is the Equinox and on top of all the 3:3:3 energies, on the 30th is the Full Moon.

So if your March has been full on, this may be why...

Doreen Virtue on the Meaning of 333 - "The Ascended Masters are near you, desiring you to know that you have their help, love and companionship. Call upon the Ascended Masters often, especially when you see the number 3 patterns around you." 

I have been realizing more and more the invitation to connect that is present this month.  To expand my contact with those non-physical beings who are available and want us to know they're here for us.  I re-read this message from the Archangel Raphael this morning and it seemed SO timely and connected to all of this, that I couldn't wait to share it with all of you.

Loved ones.  Beloved.  Beings.  Beings of light and love on the Earth plane.  I welcome you.  I welcome you to our connection. 

I have longed for you to come to this moment in time, when you would desire, and open, to connecting with me.  There is so much desire for the light and love within our realm to flow into yours.  We long for the opening that allows the universe to provide all the energy, all the light, all the well-being, all the sense of confidence and capability within each of you such that you may fulfill your immaculate concept of who you are, your sense of self, your purpose, your destiny, so to speak.  There are many words for that which we call this-this being: the expression of who you are on the Earth plane.  Through your thoughts, through your actions, through your behaviors, through the words that you use, through the things that you create, through the things that you create and the things that you long for.  All of these things define that which you are being and living and expressing and creating on this Earth plane. 

The Earth plane is going through an enormous change and it is time for each of you to understand who you are.  Each of you has an important and unique role in the world as it is and the world will not be the same without you. 

You must, you MUST, you MUST find the courage to be yourself in life.

To let go of those things which do not fit and do not be afraid that in doing so you will suffer.  Do not be afraid that in doing so anything, anything will happen other than you will gain, and expand and become more fulfilled.  More happy.  More easy with yourself.

Clues you are in a different dimension: chose what rules apply to you.

My dear ones.  The necessary changes that are taking place within your hearts and within your bodies move us.  We are aware of you; your heartache, the struggles you face.  The relentless feeling that you are, once again, facing the same old emotional messes, the seemingly old feelings of loss, disappointment, sadness, shame, disorientation, confusion.  You are not alone.

More than ever it is important for you to realize that what you now face IS indeed a different version of everything, despite the triggering of seemingly familiar or old feelings.  The world herself is now vibrating in a new and higher spot and as a result the healing that is taking place within every being who allows this light-filled-love energy to flow into their hearts is truly transforming; NOT a simply cycling through of emotional difficulty, recurrent stuck patterns playing themselves out again.  NO.  These descriptions speak to the viewpoint of your ego-mind.  The ego mind is limited in the third dimension.  Much has been said that makes the ego-mind itself out to be a thing which is not useful, not good, polarized into some negative “solid” position in experience.  All of this needs to be released as you ascend.  Let me explain further.

The ego-mind, is capable of far greater scope and usefulness in your life than you have understood up until now.  The ego is your way of understanding and interacting with the physical world in which you now are oriented in experience.  It is aware of the senses which perceive and make meaning of the planet earth reality and the human reality.  It has the ability to expand as your consciousness expands, and thereby use the senses of your body and contribute to the expanded perspective of your soul!  Who knew?!  You have written the ego off and made it something to try and get around, dismissed as useless and furthermore blamed for much of what you do not like in your experience.  Yes, the ego with restraint, like any energy impeded, can be a limited and dangerous form; like the beast that is chained and longs to be free, it may lash out and distrust those (meaning you in this analogy) who limit its freedom of movement.  Viewed as a natural, intrinsic part of the human experience the ego is set free and allowed participate not as the leader of your consciousness and understanding, but in service to your perspective.  To amplify the physical experience, understand the human experience in a way which is meaningful and which can support greater expression, understanding and freedom.

How’s that for revolutionary?  You see my dear, dear ones.  Nothing is as it has seemed in the past.  And you yourselves will no longer see things as you used to in this emerging space of the new earth.  Duality, may I remind you, is simply camouflage.  This illusion is being revealed and as you dwell focused in dimensions beyond the third, you must remember you are in a landscape which is unfamiliar to you!  Be alert for what is not as it seems and not what you are used to: there is a lot which is different and it will amuse you and make you laugh as you discover this! 

Trust that your ‘seeing” mechanism is itself shifting, as your third eye opens, your inner senses become increasingly sensitive and attuned to the discrete inputs they receive.  Your own awareness itself is being revealed to you in bits and pieces. 

For example: notice the moment when you think you are slightly out of touch with the moment; distracted, as you will likely consider it, or “zoning out”—not thinking of anything really.  {Nice!}  Now, notice that your sense of time becomes liminal and expansive.  Your physical body relaxes.  You have merged with all-that-is!  You have abandoned the clarified focus of your unique aspect point in this physical body in which you primarily have awareness and released the focus of form.  In doing so you rest in the natural and more expanded state of yourself!  How blissful this is!  How completely void of expectation this is!  How little you push yourself, evaluate yourself, demand of yourself, evaluate yourself, compare yourself to others, and compare yourself to anything at all when you are in this state! Why would you?  You and everything are one-thing!  All is well and all is one and you are one and there is no other to compare or evaluate or look toward as everything is flowing in one beautiful, undifferentiated breathing dynamic vibration of gentle, alert, light-filled energy.  What is the overall feeling of these moments, ask yourself?  Is it not ease?

As you find yourself increasingly filled with intense emotion.  Have physical symptoms which are challenging and seemingly impossible to heal.  Realize that all of this is simply energy.  More or less intense, perhaps, but nonetheless not painful, not blissful, not never-ending, not immediately gone.  It is simply energy.  Stuck.  Then flowing.  Trapped in a small space, desiring its natural flow and expansion.  That is all.

Do not name what you are experiencing and try to figure it out.  Realize that you do NOT have to do this any longer.  There are ways in higher consciousness to relieve yourself of pain, pressure, illness, longing, sadness, overwhelmed feelings, any and all of this can be simply recognized as energy which wants to flow.  You are a being who erects at times, un-natural boundaries to energy.  Who hesitates when inspired?  Who uses the mind, instead of recognizing pressure and simply letting go?  The third dimensional being who does not realize that all is one thing and to be one thing means boundless energy flowing.

How to know what do be?  Follow your heart and choose what makes you feel better.  What gives you a little relief.  Relief is SUCH a great thing>it’s directional, by the way!  It says, “Oh YES, come this way!  You’re moving in the right direction now…doesn’t that feel good?!”  That’s relief. {smile}

Although so much of your experience on the earth plane has been profoundly mis-informed by the idea that sin is what gives you pleasure, you are wise and enlightened enough to look beyond this to the knowing within: pleasure is lovely.  As is peace, happiness, and ease. 

The old idea that you need to suffer in order to transmute your own karma, your own history or even to ascend and help to transmute the denser and darker energies of the world IS A THING OF THE PAST for you.  It is an approach that is beautiful and relevant IN the third dimension of the earth plane.

When you choose a perspective that is instead in the fourth dimension---typified by unity consciousness, or in the fifth dimension—typified by embodying your own divinity—then the “laws” of the dimensions which are subsets of this—the third for example—do not affect you.

Remember those dimensions are subsets of one another.  The third sits within the fourth, which is within the fifth, in terms especially for this message and understanding, of the way the laws of reality function and how you might navigate and orient, choose and understand in order to discover more peace, ease, abundance, love, light and joy!

Of course if you wish to continue to experience duality, to further understand and deepen your comprehension of something by knowing it’s opposite, than by all means, embrace this experience.  It is a beautiful one and it is one of the most wonderful reasons that beings choose over and over again to embody in the human experience!  When we are non-physical we have NO awareness of duality and so it is within duality that some choose to know the particulars of themselves and to more discretely understand the characteristics of certain experiences.  Dramatized, if you will, by their opposites.

When you desire something else, know that it is available.

There is nothing wrong with living in the world of duality if it is something you enjoy experiencing.  If, however, you desire ease, want instead to have joy, freedom, powerful creativity, a sense of being one with everything, feeling a deep knowing of your own power and belonging…rest assured, it is available to you.

The leadership and healing of your own life are fully within your own command.  The choice is yours my dear ones.  And standing with you are all the angels and the heavenly hosts; ready and delighted to support your every wish and this I remind you, is understood by what you include in your focus.  What you include in your focus, is indiscriminately your manifest experience.  You choose your experience.

Know that you have absolute freedom.  All of what you create, experience and choose is beautiful and wonderful.  There is nothing you must do.  Just choose.  Choose with your focus and your energy. 

I am the Archangel Raphael, and my delight is in your creative manifestation of your human life.  Call on me to support you in healing, creating your work, manifesting resources for your life, knowing how to guide yourself and manage your own energy to create the experience you desire.  I will remind you of you all you would know.  All you must do is choose and ask.

Greetings my beloved beings of Light and Love!  Tonight, I share with you that NOTHING is more important at this time than to amplify the vibration of Unity Consciousness.  There is no longer a separation between human beings and spirit beings.  And all that is transpiring on the beautiful Planet Earth is leading you together and in an authentic and collaborative way, toward a more perfect union as a planet.  There was tonight the speech by the American President, Barack Obama.  There were many responses to his words and presence—responses you would label both positive and negative; yet all these responses are leading you to a more perfect union.  Yes I use your words, for they are well suited to our discussion.

Imagine all the various energies of the earth plane as pieces of matter, and envision them put close together within a very large canon.  Then the canon is shot.  Realize that the power of the trajectory is strong enough to hold these pieces together, even though they are separate at another level.  Yet still, all traveling in the same direction; and so it is with human beings at this time: you are all traveling in the same direction.  All things are working in concert with one another.

Slowly matter within the earth plane is forming a new, lace-like constellation of energy.  This new energy is confident, creative, enthusiastic, radiant, filled with love and highly stimulated.  It is the natural state of a being to be this way and as such to make endless and powerful choices of focus to amplify its unique vibrational signature and to extend the experience of its knowing of itself (by experiencing your own creations!).  Divine is what you are.  You are soul: radiant and knowing.  Skillful and quick.  Decisive and flowing.  There is no hesitation for that which is soul knows its own endless validity and as such seeks only to flow energy into form, flow energy into form, flow energy into form!  You know, at this level, that all creation is useful and “good” as it expresses you and you are innately relevant and important.  FEEL THIS.  You are important and inherently, literally inherently, all-that-is.  SO naturally, {smile} you matter.

Delightful, is it not?  No wonder you thought it would be so fun to come down here to this earth playground and strut your stuff!  You knew how wonderful and amazing it would be.  You knew you were going to have all kinds of experiences, that you would forget your powers, that you would have ways to wake up and remember and that all the other beings you would encounter would also be sharing this experience and together you could each do your own thing while also loving and teaching, supporting and challenging each other.  How fun is THAT!  Well, actually you think and thought and know it is fun.  (At a SOUL level, of course).  Hopefully, soon or already too, at a human level. {smile}

We watch your experiences and there is a sweet and loving embrace emanating from us to you.  It seems so perfectly beautiful that you go through all of these experiences and still find ways to love one another and yourselves.  Very nicely done, we might add—the collective Ascended Masters and the many angels devoted personally to your most perfect union. 

We love that you are and we are all in this together.  It’s what we are and what we love and what we create and what we are stretched and amplified by.  Thank you for rubbing up against each other to make it all the more clear how specific and beautiful each of your soul signatures truly is.  How delightfully thoughtful and perfect it is that you’re doing this.

I give you the following meditation. 

Sit quietly at a time of day which is generally peaceful in the world around you—early morning or evening are good times for example.  When there is not too much movement outdoors and things are more still.  Sit in a rooted position with your spine straight.  Feel your seat strongly connected to where you sit, and your crown chakra open to the sky.  Feel your energy long, extending deeply into the center of the earth and outward and upward into the entire universe.  Stay in this feeling for some time, imagining and experiencing the energy of you flowing out, endlessly into the universe and into the earth. 

Now imagine the reverse: the universe flowing enormous volumes of energy in through your crown chakra, and the earth flowing and you receiving enormous solidity and strength-energy from the earth.  Feel these two energies combine  in your torso and flow out into the world from your solar plexus, your heart, your third eye.  This flow of your energy cycles out to the ends of the universe, and returns to you through the through your crown chakra and up through the earth and the energy is endless, boundless. 

Feel the Universe itself extending as a result of this exercise in which you move energy.  Realize that you are indeed expanding the universe with your own thoughts. 

Now if you like, continue to receive energy from the universe and from the earth and envision it effortlessly creating form in your life, on the planet, as you desire to experience and know your life and the life on the planet.  See the most beautiful visions you can feel for you materialize instantly and effortlessly as energy flows into the world and out into the Universe—the energy is never diminished or even slowed down, as a result of your multiple and endless creativity. 

Realize that your creations echo in all the other realities in which your entity has expression—other physical realities and other realities of probability which are beyond your comprehension.  Immediately in this exercise you share the joy of these experiences with all versions of yourself and as a result all versions of yourself are amplified, elevated and have the experience of loving themselves more as you all experience your creations!   This is a real thing.  Every thought-form, every vector of energy given focus is created in one dimension or another, and experienced by many. 

You already are part of a unified consciousness—your own.  All aspects of you, in whatever dimensions they exist, collaborate and inform one another to continually refine and expand, experiment and extend your interests, curiosities, ultimately extending your perspective. 

And still.  We are as one. 

Do you see?

There is nothing more important than waking up to Unity Consciousness; it is your entire experience.  It’s good to know this.  And begin to play with it.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it!  {smile}  Sometimes we cannot resist playing either. {wink}

You are forever and profoundly loved, protected and cared for.  We are forever in your service and available to you in every way.  Just ask.  Ask and you will receive.  Ask and you will know.  Reach for us and we are here.  Always available and one with you on this adventure; it is so beautiful and it is so.  You are profoundly important and protected always by us, and surrounded with light/energy and love.  I am honored to collaborate with you in this living.

A Powerful Time for Participation | An Invitation for those who Heal and Guide Others

Greetings my beloveds!  Inspiration is important to the ascending spirit within.  The process requires much of the human body, the filters for experiencing consciousness in form become layered and it is confusing at times to understand what dimension one is in, and how to navigate and create, and this in the midst of surprising, confusing and intense physical symptoms—all in all a very demanding experience for you Lightworkers, isn’t it?  We are here to provide inspiration and comfort, to bring greater clarity and understanding as the process unfolds so that you may feel more sure and confident as to what is transpiring and why, and navigate the whole shift with confidence and a powerful sense of well-being and the incredible good feeling of knowing your own contribution.

Little is known yet of what is to come.  It will amaze even those who expect miraculous things—the human form is making itself available for dimensions far beyond d the 5th dimension, and many of you are discovering this.  Telepathy is becoming an increasingly common form of communication between you Lightworkers.  Currently it exists more as energy embodied feeling, rather than thoughtforms with specific messages associated with them.  It is a transmission of energy between you, and you are all tuned in at certain wavelengths and receiving and communicating your energy there and the flow between you is really something to see!  A great deal of your peace of mind and the increasing sense of well-being which you experience is coming indeed from the collective energy and vibration of your soul group of ascending beings, now gathering in this new dimension and beginning to communicate in many ways. 

Visit this collective space, with intention, for it is a powerful way to ground yourself in the new energies and create there.  You have this access available to you and I encourage you to visit this energy consciously on a daily basis to share your visions, receive ideas and inspiration from your soul family who is also envisioning the new earth on this wavelength, and participate in the collective forming and gathering within the new earth dimension.

It is a powerful time for participation!

Events where you combine your energies in a shared, collective focus will become increasingly popular and useful as you began to amplify your individual and collective senses of what will create the new process, structures, and overlays of the new planet.  The old third dimensional structures will continue to dissipate and disappear as the energy needed to maintain them is withdrawn and put instead into the creating of the new earth.

I wish to speak now directly to those who heal and guide others:

Beloved Lightworkers, 

For so long you have personally made it your mission to transmute and elevate the energy of others.  You have brought focus and therefore clarity into the lives and minds of many of your fellow humans on the Planet and this benefit has made many individual capable of joining in this fine moment of ascending consciousness, as well as empowered them to create their own experience.

It is important for you to realize that the shifting energy of the planet, that the individual participation by many in this process is changing the way your work will be done.  Certain things you have taught and modeled for others in creating their own lives, is no longer available to them.  Those who are entering the ascension process have experienced an activation of their soul signature and they are being guided by a perspective far beyond their local human one.  This perspective will not create experiences or form which will distract this being from fulfilling the energetic shift or from releasing that which no longer fits in the higher non-dualistic consciousness which they are moving towards.  Law of Attraction is available for use always on the planet, however in some cases the soul or entity level perspective is activated as one enters the ascension process, and for all practical purposes will seem to hi-jack the local reality aspect focus of the human you may be working with, and they will be unable to create despite following your directions.  It is important for neither you nor your clients to be confused, and more important to understand (and anticipate) that his may be occurring.  Especially those who have experienced or are beginning to experience multiple losses—home, job, relationships—and who are also experiencing physical symptoms such extreme tiredness; these are clues that may point to a soul level focus and the activation of the individual to ascend in consciousness. 

Many healers themselves chose to help prepare those that would follow the way –showers and early path-finders, and as such they will find themselves in the initiation stages of the ascension process themselves.  It will be different now, than for the way showers, as much of the energetic work of grounding the new grid and creating the new fifth dimensional energy activation and who reside in the dimension of the new earth.  They are anticipating your arrival and art awaiting you at the dimensional border to support and comfort you along the way.  They will not approach you, but will let you come to them when you are ready.  Know that all the guidance, clarity and inspiration you will need to complete this transition is available and again, awaiting you.  Still it is imperative for each of you to identify your own awareness of this process and also understand that you may encounter it in your clients.

If this is the beginning of your introduction to this experience on the planet—welcome!  You will find beautiful and amazing experiences in the days ahead as your new energies emerge and unite consciously with All That Is, as you begin to understand the true, multi-dimensional nature of your being.  It is a time for the interconnectedness of all things to become understood by all.  There will be an increasing desire for individuals to understand their soul purpose and to live powerful and creative lives as the divine-beings that they truly are.  It is a time to wake up!  The process will require much letting go, and a willingness to surrender to the inner senses and also to perhaps welcome guidance from places where in the past one might not have looked—from channeled messages, from intuition, from synchronicities that will attempt to lead you to sources which can help you understand and navigate your experience.

You will never be alone and you are already being anticipated by the many beings that have gone before you in this process, bravely and steadfastly clearing the way, with their core energy and their own lives completed re-invented in the process.

An Invitation: Open Up to Your Own Energies!

Opening up to your own energy is an enormous relief.  

When one of you opens up to your own energy--which connects you to the entire universe--it’s like one more thing becoming unplugged!!!  No longer backed up!  There is flow.  There is really a sense of joy all over the universe when this happens! It is more exciting for us than you might realize. 

Once a human being opens up to their own energy they will never forget this has happened.  There may be distractions and they may shut it down again if things become too dramatic, intense.  Sometimes people close things down, for they started to move so quickly, and if one is not feeling worthy enough to receive all of these beautiful changes and new feelings, sometimes one shuts down the connection.  Still, you are then more open, and know this is possible and can approach the more full opening as you feel ready, understanding this time the type of energy and acceleration that will occur.  So many of you want more, yet few are actually prepared for the acceleration that occurs once the door is open!!!  It is fast!!!  We like it fast.  We like to so fast it is hard to know one moment from the next, we’re in such a state of constant being-ness and with total enthusiasm for the movement into each aspect of experience, each being divine. 

When I am being channeled by Meredith, when she is open, for example.  I feel an enormous sense of joy, the ideas are flowing into her and coming out into her hands  I feel this sense of light being made physical and into form through her, I feel enormous gratitude and am energized by our connection the same way that she is energized!!  I too am energized!!  She brightens up things for me!!  You might not have thought of  that!! 

The more we open to one another the more the universe is in fuller expression.  The more cross pollination that is occurring the ideas begin to move from one conversation to another.  Becoming informed by new conversations and ideas, mixing things together in a new way.  Like a stimulating conversation in which ideas, thoughtforms get informed, paid attention to, and re-stated...there are more and more versions of this beautiful understanding.  As this message moves through the world in this way, this message which I sense will be meaningful and relevant at this time, as a result, more and more doorways become open and newness emerges.

Keeping this openness, these "doorways open"...it is a little like dancing.  You are aware of the music and you are moving your body to the music but at a certain point you are just one with the whole experience--you the music, the light, the people around you if you are with others, the energy of the moment.  You’re IN IT>  this is what I’m talking about.  You are feeling it right now. 

There is a fair amount of speed involved, flow.  See?  Despite being still, in your energy in the flow of energy in your mind, in your feeling in you heart and even in your reading, understanding making sense of the words there is speed!!  In movement with the door open speaks to...well, imagine a flowing blaze of light as if across the sky.  Moving steadily.  And it’s like the sky and the light are the same gel-like consistency and the light is moving like a ball of light through the gel-like sky—the night sky.  That is actually a good way to understand it, for you see the sky and blazing light ARE one.  And as you move withing your life--if it is in a trajectory of peace or love or seeking ideas about science, or understanding about love, or , well let’s stick to those for now, you are moving within an energy field that you are a part of.  You are creating vectors which move in certain direction with steady force and you ride them so to speak.  This is like the dance aspect—you know that you are riding these vectors and it’s like grooving to the music and loving it and having no fear and enjoying the duration and knowing that there will be another song when this ones over and you might keep dancing or you might sit down and rest, or go get a drink and talk with you friends, or pet your dog or shift in any other direction which feels right to you.

So.  The ability to be in movement with the door open at all times is available.  Even I am still learning to do this.  Yes.  Being in movement all the time means being totally one with your desires, riding each of them as they arise, being fully allowing and never needing to control the speed of this and being able to handle the energy of never ending desires surfacing, arching out on their trajectory from your energy, and your consciousness your sense of self continually expanding with the knowledge of what you are, what is, what is being created, what you have intended, what is arising within you.  All of this with allowing and welcome and recognition and awareness.  This is a tall order!  The longing within us all is for this.  I’m not sure we ever do it.  We just do it more and more.  It is glorious nonetheless.  There is no diminishment in doing this for 5 minutes once 10 years ago, as compared to being in this way of being nearly all the time. 

The opening up to your own energy continually guides you to release all that stands in your way.  This connection for all of us articulates what we long for and desire to experience, reminding us of the direction of our energy and the paths which map our creation in the universe.

More and more people are giving in to the ideas that surface within their energies and beginning to take notice of the flow from within. 

Each time this happens there is much more movement, for each of you carries potential for light and expansion beyond anything you can possibly imagine!! 

So you must realize that one of you, opening this doorway to yourself, starts an explosion of light and expansion which is magnificient!!!  And endless!!  And for us, since there is no such experience as time, it is instantaneous—all of this and it fills me and all of us, with GREAT joy!!!  [smile]

Loved ones.  Beloved.  Beings.  Beings of light and love on the Earth plane.  I welcome you.  I welcome you to our connection. 

I have longed for you to come to this moment in time, when you would desire, and open, to connecting with me.  There is so much desire for the light and love within our realm to flow into yours.  We long for the opening that allows the universe to provide all the energy, all the light, all the well-being, all the sense of confidence and capability within each of you such that you may fulfill your immaculate concept of who you are, your sense of self, your purpose, your destiny, so to speak.  There are many words for that which we call this—this being: the expression of who you are on the Earth plane.  Through your thoughts, through your actions, through your behaviors, through the words that you use, through the things that you create, through the things that you create and the things that you long for.  All of these things define that which you are being and living and expressing and creating on this Earth plane.

The Earth plane is going through an enormous change and it is time for each of you to understand who you are.  Each of you has an important and unique role in the world as it is and the world will not be the same without you.

You must, you MUST, you MUST find the courage to be yourself in life.  To let go of those things which do not fit and do not be afraid that in doing so you will suffer.  Do not be afraid that in doing so anything, anything will happen other than you will gain, and expand and become more fulfilled.  More happy.  More easy with yourself.
