thank you. I have released fear and most contact with standard means of communication, i.e, television, newspaper. spend my days working, reflecting, taking care of my dad and stepmom, smiling all along. this can be fun. of course, the occasional life wake up comes up, like my son having a manic episode in South Africa or my youngest finally admitting she is pregnant. this on top of my dad having a reoccurence of prostate cancer, necessitating my moving into his 2 bedroom to care for him. I continually feel a state of grace. how is this? don't know, don't care. loving every minute of this journey. most times (*_*), tima

This is such an affirming message and correlates exactly with my experiences and observations at this time... am feeling inspired by the encouraging reminders. Thankyou. Love loves Love.

Thanks Meredith for this fresh "food" for our whole well- Being.

"Your connection and relationship with nature...provides an energetic tune-up for you."

This speaks so clearly of what I experience everyday. Being indoors, within walls, without fresh air, sunshine, quiet... for very long has become unbearable. Need to be emersed in Nature, Home on Earth, always, and be inside for shelter...

Love, Jeff

this is amazing. being a student it's impossible to not be exposed to alcohol, tv, junk food and all that stuff.. but i was just thinking i could just quit drinking completely. it doesn't even taste good, (unless it's a pina colada) and although i'm sure i'll still have a few drinks here and there.. i think being drunk is fun because it makes you let go of everything.. eventually people don't have to be drunk to really live from their basic selves. LOVE to everyone! :)

This is an amazing channel and truly resonates in every way. Just two nights ago, I experienced what could only be called a life overview after death....while still on earth! Every relationship in my life had been recognized from a perspective of unconditional love rather than anger, bitterness or pity. Just shifting my perspective changed the whole reality of past events and only the love given and received, regardless of the pain or anger involved, were the most important and life affirming gifts. Every relationship was seen in it's wholeness and completeness as a gift of love. It doesn't mean that we have to stay in a relationship that is abusive or takes from us. It only means that we need to look for the gift of love in it...for ourselves. We must first and foremost love ourselves and then we can move on from that relationship with love and appreciation for what was provided. Yes, becoming one with nature helps to ground, expand, and experience completeness and wholeness.

Just this morning I was thinking about our contracts that we have come in with. Last night I heard a radio show that talked about our ability to change these contracts. It reminded me that I could release any contract thru out time that caused me to experience fear, pain, lack, separation, anger and resentment. And instead I would only accept and keep contracts that I could experience LIGHT, JOY, BLISS, ABUNDENCE, PEACE, HARMONY AND ONENESS. I felt a shift happen in that very moment and knew that the rewriting of my contrasts had shifted everything else beyond myself as well. What a wonderful conformation I received when I read your post Meredith. As always <3 and thanks for you and your work.

"Your connection and relationship with nature is becoming an increasingly active and important part of your life. It will be unacceptable to spend even one day without time in nature. Being within a building without fresh air will be tolerable in smaller and smaller doses. You will crave fresh air, sunlight, and the sense of home, connection and balance that you feel in nature. Being outdoors and aware for even small periods of time provides an energetic tune-up for you."

Absolutely true! I spent a couple weeks with my sons, and could not wait to get out of the apt and back into nature!

Thank you this explains much of what I am going through right now as I shift from one reality to another.
